Executive Team


David T. Rosen


David is a graduate from the University of Alabama with a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration and from the University of North Carolina with a Masters Degree in Public Health/Healthcare Administration. His experience prior to WHV was with the Hebrew Rehabilitation Center for the Aged (affiliated with the Beth Israel Hospital and Harvard University) where he served for six years as Associate Vice President. David served for six years as Chief Operating Officer at WHV and in late 2006 was named President/CEO.


Tom McDermott

Chief Financial Officer

Tom is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years’ experience working in the healthcare industry, including many years in the non-profit sector. Prior to joining WHV, Tom served as CFO of Fayette County Memorial Hospital in Washington Court House. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a minor in business administration, from Western Michigan University. Tom  is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.


Chris Christian

Senior Vice President of Real Estate

Chris currently oversees all facility support services, new construction and capital improvements, as well as the operations of Shalom House, Inc. and Heritage Tower/Bexley Heritage Apartments. His background in new construction includes HVAC design and sales. Chris is a six-year veteran of the United States Army and joined Wexner Heritage Village in 1997.


Erin Keller

Senior Vice President of Clinical Services

As Senior Vice President of Clinical Services, Erin is responsible for the overall clinical operations for Wexner Rehabilitation, Wexner Heritage House, Zusman Hospice, Wexner Home Care, Creekside at the Village and The Geraldine Schottenstein Cottage. Erin is a certified case manager and has worked in Columbus-area healthcare settings since earning a master's degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh.
